Uzbek Cakes

Let’s visit Bukhara and see how they cook tasty round cakes.

Behind this low door…
A bakery has hidden. These young bakers are brothers that like Russian football.
They get up very early. At 5:30 the first batch of cakes is ready. And bakers go to bed also early, of course if they do not watch football.
Cakes are made from Kazakh flour, it is better than Uzbek one, and the Russian one is the best variant, as bakers say.
Children always help.

Bakers dive into a stove.
And put pastry in stove walls.
Then take them with pokers.
Unfortunately, pictures can’t render the smell.
